On our floating website you'll see what it's like to live on a narrowboat. There is an FAQ which includes details of running costs and there are photographs of us, our current boat and of the narrowboat Robert lived on as a child (a long time ago!). Robert is a member of the River Cam Conservancy, the ancient body that runs the river in Cambridge. He represents the interests of those who live on boats. There is also a tour through Cambridge University by river, a collection of links to related sites and some of Robert's clay life sculptures.
